SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

General: We currently only ship to addresses within the European Union (EU).

Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your order. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is priced at €8,77 for Austria and €24,48 for all other EU countries. The shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address at checkout and already include statutory value added tax.

Returns and Return Fees: For returns under the statutory cancellation right, you bear the cost of returning the products. We highly recommend sending the package back to the Seller using an insured shipping method. For returns under the statutory warranty right, the Seller bears the cost of returning the products.
