A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. The Seller (Gloromontis e.U., owned by Viktor Goldenberg) offers his products exclusively to consumers, and the right of withdrawal is granted only to consumers.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The Seller sincerely appreciates any voluntary feedback and the reason for your withdrawal, as it helps him improve and provide a better customer experience in the future.
In the case of a purchase contract, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the good(s).
In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by you as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller (Gloromontis e.U., Owner: Viktor Goldenberg, BSc (WU), Petrusgasse 4/13, 1030 Vienna, Austria, Email: support@prestellum.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments that he has received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the Seller receives notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, the Seller will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
The Seller will withhold the reimbursement until he has received and verified the intact condition of the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods duly and in intact condition, whichever occurs first.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. This means you may inspect the product only as you would in a store. The products must therefore be unused, unworn, undamaged, and complete. The products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, including the box and the card.
The Seller will inspect the packaging and condition of each returned product. The product's essential integrity is a key requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The Seller reserves the right to reject returns if products are found to be damaged, stained, or in a condition clearly indicating use beyond the kind of inspection normally allowed in a store.
If a return is rejected, the Seller will notify you and will not refund the purchase price. The Seller also reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by your actions, including cases where you fail to accept delivery of the rejected returned product.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify the Seller of your withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
